This update reminds all affected employees and pensioners to complete the online verification before their scheduled physical checks. See the checklist below.
Who Should Verify
- Active staff listed for the 2025 exercise
- Pensioners/retirees as indicated on the notice
- Any staff with unresolved verification issues
Online Steps
- Open the verification portal
- Create a profile or log in
- Upload the required documents and submit
- Print your verification slip
Documents for Physical Verification
- Government ID and work ID
- Appointment/pension letters and bank details
- Recent passport photograph
Note: Originals and photocopies are required at the centre.
