Sigma Consult seeks a proactive NOC Engineer to support 24/7 network operations, incident response, and service reliability. If uptime excites you, this role may fit.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor network & infrastructure dashboards (IPS/IDS, routers, firewalls, links)
- Triage alerts, open tickets, and follow runbooks
- Escalate complex incidents; collaborate with field/engineering teams
- Generate daily performance & incident reports
What You’ll Need
- HND/B.Sc. in Engineering/IT; CCNA (or equivalent) preferred
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs
- Good scripting/reporting is a plus (Python/Bash/Excel)
- Availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays
